Rhonda

Specialist Support Coordinator, Support Coordinator & Social Work Counsellor

Rhonda is Director of Rhonda Jane. Her vast experience, friendliness and caring, happy nature provide a uniquely qualified, supportive therapeutic practitioner, Support Coordinator and Access Worker to NDIS eligibility. Rhonda has held many roles as a Social Worker, Care Manager, Intake Worker, Aged Care Assessment Clinician and Sessional Teacher and she has worked in leadership roles and welfare.

Rhonda also has experience in family violence counselling and supporting women, men and children, as well as in creating and facilitating Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s groups.

Rhonda is very excited about working with the NDIS to enrich people’s lives through supports and experiences. She believes in helping people to reach their potential and providing capacity building supports and options to enable them to have choices and control of their lives.

Haylee

Assistant Support Coordinator

Haylee is an assistant Support Coordinator and commenced working in NDIS as a private Allied Health Assistant. She has years of experience working locally in aged and disability care in rehabilitation programs. Haylee provides support to the team at Rhonda Jane.

She is a mother to her young son, she enjoys reading whenever she has a chance and has lived in Warrnambool all of her life. Haylee thoroughly enjoys working in the health sector and takes great pride in being able to help people.

Stacey

Support Coordinator 

Stacey is caring, kind and hardworking. She has many years of experience working in the community.  She has 7 years experience working with children living in out of home care including a further 3 years working at Child Protection. She worked with those who have experienced intense and ongoing trauma and as such saw how this effects people firsthand.

 She is passionate about human rights, social justice and supporting people in a transparent and holistic way, to assist them to pursue their goals and to live their life “their way”.

 Stacey has been working as a local area coordinator in Portland for the last 3 years prior to bringing all her experience to support coordination.

 Stacey is very much looking forward to connecting with her participant and building long lasting professional relationships with all of her participants.

 Stacey relocated to Portland 7 years ago and has been enjoying that sea change ever since. Stacey loves engaging with people, laughing, remaining positive and going camping with her friends and family.

Emalea

Support Coordinator

Emalea completed a Bachelor of Human Services and Master of Social Work at La Trobe University. Emalea is an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator and Support Coordinator. She also has experience with roles including Lifestyle Support Program, Aged Care Assessment Service and Child Protection, working with a broad and diverse range of people. Emalea is committed to working to achieve human rights and social justice for the people she supports.

Emalea has relocated from Melbourne and is enjoying the sea change lifestyle. She enjoys reading, taking her dog to the beach, and going camping with her friends and family.

Karen

Support Coordinator

Karen is a registered Osteopath with two decades of clinical experience and brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Support Coordinator at Rhonda Jane. With a proven track record in program coordination, consumer engagement, and clinical care, Karen has driven positive health outcomes across diverse settings, including chronic pain clinics, community health programs, chronic disease self-management, and positions in NDIS early intervention services. Holding a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) and a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science), Karen blends clinical proficiency with a commitment to continuous learning. Her strengths in critical thinking, dynamic team collaboration, and implementing best practices position her as a valuable asset in enhancing the well-being of NDIS participants.
Outside work, Karen enjoys sharing laughter with her family and friends, indulging in good coffee, and going outdoors.

Fiona

Support Coordinator 

Fiona is a support coordinator who is passionate about providing quality support and care for participants.  With 10 years’ experience in mental health and NDIS respite as a clinical nutritionist,  she understands the varying needs of individuals and strives to support her participants to achieve the most from their funding.

Fiona spends her free time travelling, playing guitar and singing, cooking and entertaining with her friends and family and beach walking to keep healthy.
